SR Service
Give your Eboard a new lease of life with SR service. We’ll collect your board via UPS*, perform a full inspection and then provide you with a detailed report about your board. The report includes a list of parts we recommend replacing and the cost to do so, any parts that can be covered under warranty will be changed.
Any parts that need to be replaced will be available at 10% off if not covered under warranty.
*UPS can only collect from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you’re not available in the week we will send you labels to take the board to a collection point.
If 2 collections are attempted but no board is picked up a £10 charge will be added to your order.
Damaged Boards
Any water damaged parts found cannot be replaced under warranty so the full part cost must be covered.
